On December 6, 2017, during the Good Design Forum, a gala ceremony was held in the Good Design 2018 contest. The Chevron collection, designed to be mounted in the French herringbone pattern, received the top prize in the Floors and Walls category through the vote of designers and interior architects.
For the past 7 years the Good Design competition has distinguished the best, most interesting products and solutions in interior design that transform the spaces of our homes and apartments. The statuettes are awarded as part of eleven thematically grouped categories. The jury of the competition consist of 150 interior designers and architects from Poland and outside the country. It is through their vote that the winners and highlighted products in each category are chosen.
The top prize of Good Design 2018 in the Floors and Walls category was awarded to the Jawor-Parkiet’s Chevron collection. - We are pleased that the Chevron line has been noticed among the jury, because these are the floors whose unique design goes hand in hand with high functionality - said Grzegorz Sadowski, the director of the trade department, while receiving the prize.
